Imperial Land Services is a family-owned clearing and earthwork outfit out of Brooksville, run by Jason Singletary. There's no office, no sales guy, no crew you've never met, and no layers of overhead between you and the work. The person who walks your lot and quotes the job is the same person who shows up and runs the machine. Cutting out the middleman is how we keep prices reasonable for the everyday homeowner who just needs a lot cleared.

Nothing is too small to call about. We run a John Deere 35 mini excavator with a thumb and 12-inch and 24-inch buckets, a Deere 3025 tractor with a grapple, box blade and 60-inch rotary cutter, a 16-foot dump trailer for haul-off, and the saws to go with them. It's compact, well-kept equipment sized for residential lots and tight access: it gets in, does the work, and gets out without tearing up what you want kept.

What we do

Residential lots, acreage, pasture and small commercial. Quoted on site, in writing.

Lot clearing

Trees, brush, palmetto, stumps and debris out so you've got a clean lot to build on, fence, or turn to pasture. Haul-off or piled on site.

Bushhogging

Overgrown acreage, pasture, fence lines and easements cut back and kept that way. One-time or on a schedule.

Trenching

Clean, straight trenches for water, electrical, drainage and irrigation. Cut to depth and backfilled when your trades are done.

Excavation

Footers, drainage, culverts and stump removal with a compact excavator that gets in where the big iron can't.

Grading & earthwork

Fill brought in, spread and leveled for house pads, driveways and yards that drain the right way.
